SUPPLICATION,APPLICATION,EXPECTATION

The place of supplication(prayer) is the place of application(faith) and the place of expectation(answers). What you ask from The Lord, exercise your faith in Him and expect your answers from Him. Don't ask from Him and act faithless. Don't act in unbelieve and expect answers from Him. Outside of Him you will find your own answers which cannot satisfy you.

THE HEAVENLY VISION

THE HEAVENLY VISION
Acts 26:19 Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:
Every heavenly encounter comes with a mission. Any time a man encounters heaven, necessity is laid on him to announce the kingdom.
Apostle Paul encountered The Lord on the road to Damascus. He was commissioned to carry the gospel to the gentiles. This man was brought before the council on many occasions,he was in perils of robbers and his own countrymen yet none of these withheld him from carrying the vision.
It is not enough to talk about an encounter. We are to embrace all that the encounter comes with including the persecution. After we have obeyed our heavenly calling we can proudly say like Apostle Paul "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 2Timothy 4:6
You would ask what is my heavenly calling? That thing which The Holy Spirit has burdened you with since you entered the kingdom is your heavenly vision. For some it could be alms, for some it could be feeding pastors. For others it could be moving from city to city preaching the gospel. When the heavenly vision is carried out in obedience, heaven backs it with signs and wonders.
Prayer: Father give me the grace to be obedient to the heavenly vision you have given me.

DEAF AND DUMB

DEAF AND DUMB
We have to make a choice to be deaf to accusations, verbal abuse and unconstructive criticisms. We have to make a choice to be blind to the lust of the world. We are to be deaf and blind to the world as Jesus did when He walked on the earth.
Isaiah 42:18 Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see. 42:19 Who is blind, but my servant? or deaf, as my messenger that I sent? who is blind as he that is perfect, and blind as the LORD's servant?
The Holy Spirit helps us live a life of mortification. Ours is to make a choice to live and He will grant the power and the joy.
Romans 8:13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

TESTING

God doesn't test us to embarrass us. Neither does He test us to frustrate us. When we fail our test He is trying to tell us it's time to trust Him fully probably we thought we loved Him with all our might. Probably we thought we had learnt total obedience. Probably we thought we had overcome carnality. Tests reveal our true nature. Remember there is a difference between tests and temptations.

Tests come from God. They are meant to prune, shape, grow and in the end reward us. Temptations are meant to deviate from God's ways. Temptations come from Satan and our flesh.

GOING BACK TO OUR VOMIT

2 Peter 2:22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.
Yesterday at a prayer meeting I was shown a vision. I went to a place of convenience and I was instructed to pass out urine.

After some time, I saw the urine I passed out. I was instructed to drink what I passed out. The surrounding and the thought of drinking what I just passed out troubled me and made me nauseat. I resisted within myself. It was not a pleasant experience. This morning I was given understanding of what I saw.
That is how it appears in the spirit when a Christian goes back to his former sins. It may appeal to his flesh but it contaminates his spirit.

The dirty surroundings represent the world and the urine in the lavatory represents the sins we go back to.
If drinking our own urine in such a dirty surrounding will make us sick likewise going back to our former sins will contaminate our souls.

Please let us strive not to go back to our former sins. Let us stay with Jesus. He will keep us.

1 Peter 2:11 Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

YOUR FRUIT WILL SUSTAIN YOU

The anointing will lift iron bars but character will sustain it. No matter how anointed or gifted a man may be if he has moral issues he will pass out before his time. The fact that God is using a man after jumping from one bed to another doesn't mean God has His back. Sometimes God does it because He loves His people. Other times too He does it as an act of mercy.

Any act of immorality that brought your fathers in the faith down will bring you down if you choose the same path. One sad thing is many Christians don't know God has left them. You may be achieving results but it may not be of God.

Samson thought he could play the giddy goat and still keep God's presence. Like David we should fall on our face in brokeness and sincerity of heart when we fall short of His grace. The fact that spiritual gifts are at work doesn't mean The Holy Spirit is with you. How far have you gone? Get back to the top of the mountain like Moses. He is still calling. He is saying come up here and feel My heart.
