Jesus will not be born a second time but there are many ways in which He manifests Himself through His people. Inside our hearts is the seat of Christ. Again inside our hearts is a spiritual womb in which Christ is formed daily as we give Him spiritual food through praise,worship,bible study,obedience,sacrifice. In the natural when a mum takes in a seed she goes through a cycle until she finally brings forth. There is a period of vomiting,nausea,dizziness, paleness and a change in breast size and shape.
Scripture says as soon as Zion travailed she brought forth. The season of travailing does not always come easy. There comes a season of trials,tribulations,temptations. When Christ is about to be revealed in us He has to level the high places in our hearts. He has to take away the things that are competing in our hearts with Him. The bible says we should not think it a strange thing if we go through diverse trials. The trials are for our profit. It is a preparatory ground for Christ in our spiritual womb.
Mary had knowledge there was a baby in her womb but she didn't know the full content of the package. The angel had given Mary a fair idea but the revelation of the content itself was a whole package. It is like a folder containing program files. You would not know the full content of the folder until you open the file. Many of us might have had a very tough time this year. There have been times we did not know which direction to take. The Christ in our spiritual wombs might not have been kicking as a baby kicks in the mum's womb. In all these God was preparing the baby in our wombs. Our prayers and faithfulness did not go unnoticed. They fed the baby Christ in our wombs.
Christmas is a time Christians worldwide celebrate the birth of Jesus. It's 16 days to Christmas. Mary at this stage was eagerly awaiting baby Jesus. Beloved as Christmas is fast approaching expect Jesus to reveal Himself out of your womb. The days and months might have been difficult but your labour is not in vain.
When the time came for Jesus to come out there was joy in heaven and on earth. I pray as we approach this Christmas may the Christ in your womb be brought forth. May knew divine ideas spring out of your womb. May a new desire to pursue God intimately spring out of your womb. May that thing you put before God earlier in the year spring out of your womb. When Christ is revealed in you all will see your glory. The heavens will celebrate you and the earth will rejoice with you. Get ready saints. It's Christmas time, it's time for Jesus to come out of your womb. Many do not know what you are carrying but they will know if you continue to feed Christ in your womb. Do not abort Christ through negativity and unbelief. Thank the Father for such a wonderful deposit in your womb. Give glory! Give glory! King Jesus is about to arrive. I pray Christ will be revealed in and out of you during this Christmas.
